This 53-acre lake was built in the 1970's for flood control and includes a 173-acre park maintained by Columbia County. Fishing, boating, and picnicking are all available. The Fowlersville Covered Bridge was moved to the park in 1986.

From Bloomsburg: Follow US-11 N/Columbia Blvd for 7.9 miles (from East Street), take a left on Golf Course Rd, continue for .5 miles and take a right on Brick Church Rd and continue onto Lake Rd until you reachBriar Creek Park.
From 93- take a left (north) onto Lake Rd -there is a small stone church on the corner there- Lake Rd will wind to the right and take you straight into the park.
From Berwick: Turn right onto S Market St (0.9 mi); Keep left to continue on Martzville Rd (1.5 mi); Continue onto Sr1017 (1.0 mi); Turn left onto Lake Rd; (0.2 mi); Turn left onto Park Rd (0.4 mi) until you reach Briar Creek Park
